Day 1 - HAVANA

Arrival at Havana International Airport. Welcome at the airport by our representative. Transfer to the selected Hotel in Havana. Overview of the city while driving to the Vedado area. Check in. Welcome Dinner in a local restaurant. (D)

Day 2 - HAVANA

Breakfast. Old Havana City Tour. Visit to the Historical Centre of Old Havana, a World Heritage Site. Visit the old squares of Havana: Plaza de la Catedral (Cathedral Square), Plaza de Armas (Arms Square), San Francisco de Asis Square and Old Square. Visit Casa del Nino y La Nina. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will take classic American cars for a sightseeing tour of the Capitol, Central Park, Fraternity Park. Return to Hotel. Evening on your own to explore Cuban restaurants, music and art. (B,L)

Day 3 - HAVANA

Breakfast. Modern Havana Tour. Visit Fusterlandia. Cristobal Colon Cemetery in Havana. Revolution Square. Lunch at the Community Project Il Divino. Visit the Cultural project Muraleando to have Salsa classes. Return to your hotel. Free night to explore the Cuban world of music and food. (B,L)

Day 4 – SANTA CLARA – CIENFUEGOS

Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to Santa Clara. Visit the Che Guevara Monument. Lunch on the way. The trip continues to Cienfuegos, known as the Pearl of the South. Tour around its streets and avenues to enjoy a city founded by French colonists. It is located in a beautiful bay with the largest corals in Cuba, recently discovered, baptized with the name “Notre Dame”. Visit the José Marti square, Tomas Terry Theatre, Cultural Property House and Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Lunch. Check into hotel in Cienfuegos. Dinner at the hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 5 - TRINIDAD

Breakfast. Transfer to Trinidad. Tour of the colonial city of Trinidad, founded on 1514, and declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage in 1988. The tour includes visits to the Plaza Mayor, the Romantic Museum and La "Canchanchara" Bar, where you will enjoy a typical Cuban cocktail. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Check in at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 6 - TRINIDAD

Breakfast. Visit Valle de los Ingenios. Lunch in a local restaurant in Trinidad. Visit a maternity home and a village school. Return to the hotel. Free evening. (B)

Day 7 - HAVANA

Breakfast. Early check out. Drive from Trinidad to Havana. On the way, stopover in "Guamá," situated in the Zapata Peninsula. Your guide will offer an explanation during this tour. Visit a crocodile breeding farm, where thousands of these prehistoric animals are fed. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Havana. Visit the National Art Gallery. Check in at the Hotel. Farewell dinner in a local restaurant. (B,L,D)

Day 8 – HAVANA

Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to Havana International Airport according to your flight schedule. (B)

If trip is cancelled due to external issues beyond our control, we will do our best to get refunds where possible. We strongly recommend travel insurance. Refunds are not easy to get. The Cuban government requires that all visitors have medical and travel insurance.

This is a People-to-People Cultural Exchange. You will have many opportunities to meet, talk to and visit with locals. These programs are now authorized by the US government under their general license program provided for group travel only.

**AIR OPTIONS

  • Via Miami- there are numerous flights daily from/to Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Jet Blue, American, or charter flights offered by Cuba Travel Service, are all available.
  • From the West Coast, you can also go via Cancun. The flight from Cancun to Havana is about 45 minutes. Our agent can book that flight for you. Price is approximately $300-330 roundtrip.

If you arrive on your own, there will be additional transfer charges for private transfers.
