The days of the drug cartels are long gone and Colombia is more than ready to show the world what it's got. Bustling Bogota is full of fascinating museums, but Cartagena is the real jewel.  Filled with history, delicious food, fantastic warm beaches, and colonial charm, it's a destination you cannot miss. Or you could head inland to the coffee region for spectacular roasts, amazing hikes, and dinosaur fossils. There's really no end to Colombia's wonders.
